Rooted in wisdom. Guided by compassion. Committed to service
Sri Shankaragiri Vasudevananda Paravidya Trust works to preserve spiritual and Vedic knowledge while extending meaningful support to education, healthcare, palliative care, public welfare, and institutions serving society with dedication and integrity. Inspired by the life and vision of Swami Vasudevananda Saraswati, the Trust stands for learning, service, dignity, and shared human wellbeing.
The Trust was established with a broad charitable purpose: to support the study of philosophy, yoga, Sanskrit, and Vedic knowledge; to help educational and charitable institutions; to provide medical relief; and to assist those facing poverty, illness, age-related hardship, or disability. Its work reflects both inner values and outward service.
Swami Vasudevananda Saraswati’s life represents a rare blend of professional accomplishment, spiritual discipline, and service. After a distinguished career across public service, industry, and leadership, he devoted himself to Vedanta and the study of sacred texts under revered teachers, and went on to establish the trust to propagate spiritual understanding and meaningful service.
Through every initiative we support, our effort is simple: to encourage knowledge, reduce suffering, and strengthen institutions that serve people with sincerity and compassion.
